01 — Insights® Discovery Workshops
Understand yourself. Adapt to others. Work better together.
Insights Discovery is a practical, accessible framework that helps people understand how they naturally communicate, make decisions, approach work, and interact with others. Based on the psychology of Carl Jung, the model uses four color energies to create a shared language for recognizing and adapting to different preferences.
The purpose is not to place people into boxes. It is to help them recognize patterns, appreciate differences, and become more intentional in how they work with others.
Fiery Red
Direct, decisive, results-focused
Sunshine Yellow
Enthusiastic, expressive, idea-driven
Earth Green
Supportive, steady, relationship-oriented
Cool Blue
Precise, analytical, detail-oriented
Participants learn to
- Understand their natural communication and behavioral preferences
- Recognize the preferences of others
- Adapt communication style for different people and situations
- Identify strengths and potential overextensions
- Reduce misunderstanding and unnecessary friction
- Improve collaboration across different styles
- Give and receive feedback more effectively
- Build stronger working relationships
- Use differences as an advantage rather than a source of tension

Workshop experience
Each participant may receive an individualized Insights Discovery Personal Profile based on an online evaluator. During the facilitated session, participants explore their profile, learn the color-energy framework, and apply the concepts to real team and business situations. Workshops are highly interactive and can incorporate:
- Individual reflection
- Pair and small-group exercises
- Team mapping
- Communication practice
- Real workplace scenarios
- Team commitments
- Leadership application
Best for
Organizations, leadership teams, departments, cross-functional groups, and newly formed teams and companies seeking to enhance their communication and effectiveness.
Explore an Insights Workshop02 — Leadership and Team Programs
Move from individual awareness to collective performance.
Understanding communication styles is valuable. Applying that understanding to how a team actually leads, decides, and delivers is where the real impact shows up.
High-performing teams are not optional for organizations that need to deliver consistently — and the biggest gap is rarely effort. It is the distance between how people prefer to work together and how well they actually work together. JOIFEL's leadership and team programs build on Insights® Discovery to close that gap.
Programs may include
Discovering Team Effectiveness
Explores four pillars essential to a balanced, high-performing team: Focus, Flow, Climate, and Process, helping teams identify their strongest and weakest areas and define their own development priorities.
Discovering Leadership Effectiveness
Examines four leadership styles — Results, Visionary, Relationship, and Centred leadership — helping leaders find balance and understand how their color energy preferences shape the way they are perceived and lead.
Self-Aware Leader
A leadership development experience connecting how leaders show up with how they lead, with direct impact on culture, collaboration, and productivity.
Thriving Through Change
Helps individuals and teams build the adaptability and readiness to navigate organizational change, focusing on people rather than process so resistance gives way to genuine buy-in.
Each engagement begins with the business context and desired outcome. Content, exercises, and facilitation are then tailored to the team or leader.
Typical format
- 90-minute focused sessions
- Half-day or full-day workshops
- Multi-session leadership or team programs
- Leadership retreats
- Virtual or in-person delivery
Best for
Leadership teams navigating a shift in direction, purpose, or leadership; newly formed teams that need to build trust and hit performance fast; organizations in the middle of change who need people ready and adaptable, not just informed; and individual leaders ready to move beyond self-awareness into how they lead others day to day.
Discuss a Team Program03 — Strategic Facilitation
Important conversations deserve intentional design.
When the stakes are high, the way a conversation is structured can determine whether the group reaches clarity or leaves with another round of unresolved issues.
JOIFEL facilitates leadership meetings, retreats, planning sessions, and team discussions so participants can focus on the content while an objective facilitator manages the process.
Facilitation may support
- Strategic planning and annual or quarterly priorities
- Leadership retreats
- Team alignment and resets
- Role and responsibility clarification
- Decision-making
- Organizational change, including post-acquisition integration
- Difficult or sensitive conversations
- Values and culture discussions

The facilitation process
- 01
Clarify the outcome
We define what the group needs to understand, decide, or commit to.
- 02
Design the conversation
We structure the agenda, questions, exercises, and decision points to support the intended result.
- 03
Facilitate participation
We create space for candid input, manage competing perspectives, and keep the group focused.
- 04
Convert discussion into action
We clarify decisions, ownership, next steps, and unresolved issues.
Best for
Leadership teams navigating a high-stakes planning session, retreat, or transition who need an objective facilitator to keep the group focused and produce a usable outcome.
Discuss Your Upcoming Needs04 — Executive Coaching
Think more clearly. Lead more intentionally. Move forward with confidence.
Leading a business can be isolating.
The most consequential decisions are often the ones leaders cannot easily discuss with employees, investors, clients, or family members. At the same time, the pace of daily operations can make it difficult to step back and examine what the business truly needs.
Executive coaching with JOIFEL gives founders, CEOs, and senior leaders a confidential, structured environment to think, get clarity, and move forward.
Coaching may address
- Strategic priorities and business direction
- Founder dependency
- Delegation and accountability
- Decision-making
- Leadership transitions
- Succession and exit preparation
- Personal fulfillment and sustainability
Christa combines thoughtful questioning, direct feedback, pattern recognition, and firsthand business experience. The work is tailored to the leader rather than driven by a predetermined curriculum.
Typical format
- Recurring one-to-one coaching sessions
- Clear priorities and commitments between sessions
- Practical tools, frameworks, and resources
- Accountability and progress review
- Additional advisory support as desired
Best for
Founders, CEOs, business owners, COOs, and senior leaders who want an experienced, objective thinking partner.
Discuss Executive Coaching05 — Peer Advisory Boards
Perspective you cannot generate alone.
Even highly capable leaders have blind spots. A peer advisory board provides access to the experience, questions, and perspectives of other business owners and CEOs who understand the realities of leadership. Through JOIFEL's work with The Alternative Board, a global peer advisory network, members participate in structured, confidential peer advisory sessions and individual coaching.
Members use the group to
- Work through significant business decisions
- Identify risks and blind spots
- Learn from the experience of other leaders
- Strengthen accountability
- Evaluate opportunities
- Address leadership and team challenges
- Maintain focus on long-term priorities
- Reduce the isolation that often comes with ownership
The value does not come from being told what to do. It comes from being challenged to think more broadly, examine assumptions, and make better-informed decisions.
Typical format
- Monthly facilitated peer advisory board meeting
- Monthly individual coaching session
- Structured goal-setting and accountability
- Confidential discussion with experienced business leaders
- Access to strategic planning tools and resources
Best for
Business owners, founders, and CEOs who value candid peer input and are willing to contribute their experience to others.
