About Christa Tuttle
Christa Tuttle is the founder of JOIFEL Consulting, where she helps founders, CEOs, and leadership teams improve communication, strengthen alignment, and accelerate execution. Her work spans executive coaching, peer advisory facilitation, leadership development, strategic facilitation, and team effectiveness programs using Insights Discovery®.
Before founding JOIFEL, Christa founded and led Launch Marketing, a growth-focused marketing firm serving technology companies. Over 23 years, she grew the business, developed its leadership and operating systems, built an award-winning workplace, and successfully guided the company through acquisition. That experience informs how she works with leaders today.
Christa understands the responsibility and complexity that come with leading a business. She has navigated growth, hiring, delegation, client concentration, operational demands, leadership development, culture, succession planning, and the emotional and strategic realities of exiting a company. She brings that firsthand perspective into every coaching conversation and team engagement.
Christa is a licensed Insights Discovery® practitioner and has used the framework for more than 20 years. She first implemented Insights within her own company, where it became an important tool for communication, hiring, leadership development, and team collaboration. Today, she uses Insights to help leaders and teams understand their natural preferences, adapt their communication, and work more effectively together.
Christa also facilitates peer advisory boards for business owners and CEOs through The Alternative Board and is actively involved in leadership communities including Entrepreneurs' Organization and Women Presidents Organization.
Her style is strategic, candid, practical, and highly personalized. She creates the space for leaders to think deeply, challenges them when needed, and keeps the work connected to tangible business outcomes.
