Insights Discovery is a practical, accessible framework that helps people understand how they naturally communicate, make decisions, approach work, and interact with others. Based on the psychology of Carl Jung, the model uses four color energies to create a shared language for recognizing and adapting to different preferences.
The purpose is not to place people into boxes. It is to help them recognize patterns, appreciate differences, and become more intentional in how they work with others.

Workshop experience
Each participant may receive an individualized Insights Discovery Personal Profile based on an online evaluator. During the facilitated session, participants explore their profile, learn the color-energy framework, and apply the concepts to real team and business situations. Workshops are highly interactive and can incorporate:
